A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to hunt dates. Deposits are non-refundable and considered partial payment towards your trip. Refunds are decided on a case by case basis and only allowed due to natural disaster (forest fire) or another circumstance preventing access to forest service.
